Quality Guidelines
expand_more
Playstrict is a platform where you can publish your games as a game developer. We want to be sure that the content of your project complies with the principles of cooperation with our platform, which is why we have prepared a guide below on how to best build a website for the game on our website. The presented content must be described in such a way that the recipient becomes interested in it and becomes a potential customer. Prepared guidelines are an important element for you as a creator, keep them in mind when creating your website.
Why is my page not published?
expand_more
If you do not comply with the Playstrict guidelines, your website will not be displayed on our lists, the administrator may remove it from the Playstrict platform. The website will then still be available in your Game Dev account, and you will have the option to correct things that do not comply with our policy and resend the game for moderation.
Avoid publishing before thoroughly editing the page
expand_more
If you decide to publish, your website should be as polished as possible. All pictures, files and classifications should be completed. After publishing, your website will be listed on "New". Remember that once published page only then appears on the list of the newest added pages, so make sure it is complete. You can always save your page as draft and come back to editing it at any time.
Validate metadata
expand_more
The project edition page has a "details" tab, which allows you to add categories to the project. This allows your project to show up on the correct viewing page in the Playstrict. Don't use metadata to add categories that don't apply to your game. If you intentionally mislead users, we may mark your page as spam and remove it from the platform.
Mark up adult content
expand_more
If your game page represents adult audience content, be sure to tag this. A person viewing the Playstrict platform will be able to see such content only if they enable such an option in the settings. An important rule is to respect user preferences, which is why we focus on the security of the content we see. Avoid adding photos that contain nudity as the title cover of the game.

Make sure to add screenshots
expand_more
Screenshots will allow the player to quickly find out what specificity and atmosphere your game has. Many people view screenshots, because when looking for something new, it is easy for them to find out if this is what they are looking for. It will also be a good idea to add video content. If you feel that movies are better for your project, don't hesitate.
Don't post misleading content
expand_more
Do not enter content inconsistent with the design, and also: statements about attached content that does not exist; false or misleading images about the design and its functionality; unrealistic forecasts for the further development of the project; resources from other projects or services to represent your game site.
Avoid adding "remakes" or multiple versions of your game page
expand_more
Do not create new pages that are almost identical or with slight changes. Make changes to the original version of your website. It is different when you release the second part of your game or its paid version, etc. Then go ahead and create a new page for her.
Avoid annoying third-party ads and logos
expand_more
While not having ads is not possible for many creators, keep in mind that intrusive ads scare players away. If you have any ads, they shouldn't be annoying or misleading. Avoid sponsored installers or ads that prevent you from playing without taking any specific action. Avoid placing third-party login dashboards in front of the game unless necessary. All projects containing malware, spyware or adware are not accepted and blocked on our platform. This also applies to any installers that place advertisements in the player's operating system or browser.
Do not add shocking images, loud noises, flashing images or offensive material
expand_more
The above examples may be subjective. Remember, however, that even if part or hallmarks of your project are: shocking the viewer by showing potentially offensive images, flashing images, loud or annoying noises, or the like, we may remove them from our browsing and search page. They can be unpleasant to the audience and cause unwanted negative reactions.
